Norcros Pro Gyp-Base is a 3-part preparation system which allows ceramic & porcelain tiles to be fixed onto anhydrite screeds that are a minimum of 7 days old (95% Relative Humidity).
The system offers a fast track solution when tiling onto anhydrite screeds, greatly reducing the minimum drying times generally quoted for this type of screed of 1mm/day up to 40mm and an additional 1mm/2 days above 40mm thickness.
Norcros Pro Gyp-Base consists of a primer, moisture suppressant and gritted primer which allow fast track tile installation without detracting from the overall screed strength. It is ideal for use on both unheated and heated anhydrite screeds. Once dry, tiles may be fixed to the Pro Gyp-Base system using Norcros Pro Gyp-Base Adhesive . A 15kg kit contains everything required to prepare and seal approximately 25m² area.
