Delivery Information
PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES
The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. However, more specialist items or ordered in items may take a little longer to dispatch and may take up to 7-10 working days.
Once your order has been placed we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm delivery date. This is usually within 24 hours on weekdays for standard items but no always the case. For items that have a longer lead time than 3 - 5 working days your delivery date confirmation email may take longer than 24 hours. Orders are only processed for delivery between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Tiles4Less strongly advises customers not to book any tradesmen to do your work until after your material has been delivered, on rare occasions delays may occur that are out of our control which could result in a delayed delivery.
Please ensure there is a means of offloading your order on-site (unless otherwise agreed with Tiles4Less). Always check your delivery is correct when it arrives before you unload and sign for your order. In the unlikely event that your delivery is not correct or damaged please notify us immediately by emailing returns@i4lgroup.co.uk and also mark any issues on the delivery slip.

CHECKING DELIVERY TIMES
If you wish to check the delivery time of your order on the day of delivery please email customerservice@i4lgroup.co.uk and please provide your order number. One of our dispatch team will then provide you with an eta by email where possible. Please note this is just an eta only and is not an exact time, delays may occur from when an order leaves it's storage point to when it arrives to its delivery point. Tiles4Less will try to be as accurate as possible with given eta's.

Please note: Deliveries are made to the address supplied to us. If orders are returned to us by the carriage company we may make an additional delivery charge for re-dispatch.
NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY
If you are ordering to Northern Ireland please get in touch with us before placing your order. Additional delivery charges may apply after you have placed your order depending on your location and the products you have ordered.
OFF SHORE DELIVERIES
Offshore deliveries may incur an additional delivery charge. This will be calculated after your order is placed online or if you call for a quote we will include this additional delivery charge on our quote. Additional delivery charges are calculated on an as requested basis and price dependent on location and time of year.
MAINLAND UK
All our orders are dispatched using a local delivery service, for remote regions within the mainland UK or special delivery requests your order may be dispatched with a courier or haulage company. There may be an additional charge for this courier service but you will be notified before dispatch of this if you wish to proceed. Some areas of Scotland and Wales may not be covered in our free delivery or standard lead time terms. Delivery to Northern Ireland may incur additional delivery fees also. If delivery is required to these areas please contact us before ordering to confirm lead times and whether we can ship under standard terms.
